Clenbuterol Cycle

As we increase our dose we also need to keep a total dosing amount in mind. Most men will never want to surpass 140mcg per day, while most women will need to cut it off at 120mcg per day and some will only be able to tolerate 100mcg per day. Clenbuterol Cycle Myth:

It is a common belief that a Clenbuterol cycle can only be implemented in two week periods. The idea is that the individual will supplement for two weeks, discontinue use for two weeks and then repeat. The reason so many run their Clenbuterol cycle in this manner is simple; as you understand the body adapts to Clen fairly easily and as it adapts the benefits within begin to wane. While this all remains true the effects regarding the metabolism do not begin to fall-off nearly as fast as many believe; in-fact, you could supplement with the same dosing for up to 5-6 weeks and still receive a decent metabolic bump. The problem as many see it is as the body adapts it first begins to get accustomed to the stimulating effect; the jittery and shaky feeling fades away. As this fades it is assumed the metabolic benefits are fading too; this is not true.
