Clenbuterol Side-Effects

If you put it into your body there are possible side-effects; it doesn’t matter what it is, medicine, hormones and even food, if it goes in there are possible side-effects. For example, many people take NSAID painkillers such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen and Naproxen Sodium each and every day; what you may not know is that more than 16,000 people die each year due to taking NSAID painkillers. Then take food for example, some of us can eat whatever we want while others are limited due to food allergies. There are those who can’t eat nuts, cannot drink milk or consume any dairy product or they become very sick. The point, all things in life carry possible side-effects, some more severe than others and each carrying its own level of probability. When we discuss the side-effects of any item it is always important to keep all these former points in mind and in that light we want to discuss Clenbuterol side-effects.

Clenbuterol Hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic amine designed to treat those who possess breathing disorders. A Beta-2 stimulator, while an excellent decongestant and bronchodilator Clen, as it is most commonly known is also an excellent fat-burner. Clen has the ability to greatly enhance metabolic activity by the manner of its stimulating nature. A simple process, the medication causes the mitochondria of the cells to release more heat, the body’s temperature rises, the metabolism is enhanced and more stored fat is burned. Without question, while the medications original intent was not fat-burning, over the years this has become its most common point of use.

As a powerful fat-burner that can aid in enhancing an already well-planned diet, before you supplement you’re going to want to know what the Clenbuterol side-effects might be and yes there are a few to discuss. Even so, as we’ll see the majority of the possible Clenbuterol side-effects are annoying at best and generally this is a very safe medication in-which we can use. Of course there will be one Clenbuterol side-effect of a very serious nature but with responsible use we will find it is of very little consequence.

Common Clenbuterol Side-Effects:

As a stimulator most of the common Clenbuterol side-effects will be based on this nature with the exception of one. Further, as we will see these common Clenbuterol side-effects, while very annoying are not dangerous and somewhat controllable. Even so, there will be some who are so sensitive to the medication that these bothersome and annoying effects make the medication impossible to use. The common Clenbuterol side-effects include:

  • Jitters or Shakes
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
  • Muscle Cramps
  • Headaches

- Jitters or Shakes: When the medication is first made present this is a common effect but the body will normally adapt. Of course this feeling can be quite uncomfortable; in some it can be so bad they cannot perform many simple tasks but in most cases if it gets this bad they have begun with too high of a dose.

- Insomnia: Because it is a stimulant you will want to supplement with the medication as early on in the day as possible. For most this will eliminate this problem; however, those who are very sensitive may have a problem no matter when they take it.

- Anxiety: A stimulant can cause anxiety in some individuals; this goes for just about any stimulant. There is no way to predict if you will fall prey but very few do; the vast majority of Clen users will be fine.

- Muscle Cramps: Clenbuterol can cause muscle cramps but this is easily combated with a little extra water. If you start cramping go to the sink and pour an extra glass of water. If you increase your water intake from the get go you shouldn’t have the first cramp.

- Headaches: Generally brought on by too high of a dose, especially at the initial starting point. Keep doses moderate, reasonable and responsible and you will not have a problem.

Severe Clenbuterol Side-Effects:

As we looked at the common Clenbuterol side-effects even the simplest of us of all can see they’re not of a very large concern but there is one negative effect that is of a far more serious nature; in-fact, it is downright dangerous. Supplemental use of Clenbuterol can lead to cardiac hypertrophy or what is commonly referred to as an enlarged heart. Now before you freak out there’s something you need to understand; you will not fall prey to this problem if you supplement responsibly. Those who experience cardiac hypertrophy due to Clen use do so because they supplemented with too high of doses and supplement for too long of a time. Again, responsible use and only responsible use is the key.

Let’s go back to the beginning of our discussion when we spoke of NSAID painkillers; most of us can safely take Aspirin but if you take too much it’ll be the last headache you ever treat. In many ways we can look at Clenbuterol Hydrochloride the same way. To remain safe we will never want to exceed the 140mcg per day marking when Clen is used; most women will probably be best served by never passing the 100mcg per day mark. Further, we will want to keep our dose as low as possible for as long as we can only increasing in small increments as necessary. Finally, we must limit our total Clen use; safely we can supplement approximately 4 total months out of the year and if we follow these simple protocols we will in most all cases be completely fine.
